Privately owned, The Old Rectory is a quintessentially English Country House, yet offers high quality conferencing and hospitality solutions with a difference. Full size screens, projectors, telephone conferencing and flip charts are available on request and delegates are spoilt for choice with buffets or sit down meals as required, homemade cakes, coffee and a choice of teas in the morning and afternoon breaks. Water, sweets, pencils and paper are all provided, and to treat clients and colleagues to something memorable the Old Rectory offers four unique rooms to accommodate varying needs.

The Wren Room
This Georgian dining room has corniced ceiling and the original black marble fireplace, with Georgian Sash windows overlooking the gardens; the ideal room for formal business meetings or elegant dining for up to 14 people.

The Barn & Sitting Room
Situated at the rear of the hotel with its own private gardens and terrace for entertaining, the barn is suitable for up to sixty delegates’ theatre style, twenty boardroom style and thirty five cabaret style. The sitting room provides additional space for break out meetings or for relaxing during conferences.

The Drawing Room
The elegant setting and comfortable sofas make this room the perfect place for more informal business meetings, personal development sessions or for relaxing during larger conferences. This room is suitable for up to 12 delegates.

The Conservatory
Situated at the side of the house and boasting traditional design, with three sides facing the gardens, it is fully double glazed with blinds to the roof and side windows giving flexibility for all types of meetings. The doors open up onto the garden which is a delight in all seasons for guests and clients. The conservatory is suitable for up to 60 people theatre style and forty cabaret style.
